Feel so pround as a leader, feel happy when i see people growing.
My staff sold 2 VIP card today, he is growing, and me 2.
That staff will resign, N he told me, if he able to tranfer to the same store with me,
he Will consider stay...
Enjoy as a leader, fighting the sales together, is fun, especially when hit the target.
when see customer keep buying, that kind of achievement make me love the job.
the Job is hard, Pressure, long hours...
but got lot of thing to learn...
I will try to do better n better!

For me, i will transfer to United Square on monday...
nice, 1 Mrt station from Toa Payoh, i no need wake up so early every day leh..
So that wil b the 3rd store i incharge, n 7th store i work...

b true, i really get used to my job.
The job which so many ppl cant take it,
The job cause so many ppl leave,
The job made so many ppl complaint abt...

is hard n tired... n less personal time...
but im happy to c my self improving.

Stay or leave, is the problem after 8 more month,
so now...

Focus... i want to be exellence n the best among them!

1 month in hangten, i hv a exp in 5 Hang Ten store already...
Suntec City, Marina Square, Lucky Plaza, Plaza Singapura, Great World City.
N, Tmr i wil go for a new store...
East Point.

Job is hard, Long hours, but i enjoy of the learning process...
for all the f knew me,
i used to a blur guy...

but, i found that i become more detail n careful, day by day.

i just found that Miss Jo Lee is so nice...

wake up 6 in the morning,
meeting at 730 HQ with Dear Mr.T with all the manager...

i hv been warn for some colleague that better careful for wht u said with anything he ask...
still get a bit shock... em, wht they call "culture shock"
1st class scolding...
find excuse?sure u die...

after meeting go bac to marina square at 1130 n start to prepare for tmr store review(some call store visit)...

closing at 930, n work until 2am.....
N tmr is my half day off, but morning 730 still mus back to entertain Dear Mr.T

last time i think that stock take is very hard...

n i think i do it continously for 4day non stop,
n the best is, tmr, the 5th, wil b continue....

Nice, there wil not b any harder job after all this.

anyway, the sales manager Dear Mrs H.. told me that they wil try to let me incharge for the PS outlet in this thursday...

Em, exiciting to able to manage my store soon...
n the harder challenging is coming...

comeon, i wil show To those MR. n MRS, who am i.

wark up at 7 oclock...
report work for 830,
opening at 900,
n closing until 1030,
stay for a bit prepare for store review to 1110,
n arrive home at 1130,
........
........
........

haha,
people who wan to complain their job is hard,
they should try Hang Ten...

anyway...
In rationality, i love this kind of working culture...
preasure, result oriented, fast pace, fighting everyday,

In sensibility, sure is damn tired, n sure lack of personal time...

however i believe i can do very best at here...
the only problem is that if i cant get wht i wan...
n wht i wan to learn,
sure i will keep looking the right place for me.

never said no to hard job!!

p/s: thx all the support from all the friend, dont worry abt me...

to my old friend...
if u wanna tell me work in popular is long hours n hard,
i told u wht... cherish wht u hv now...
i jus found that popular benefit is damn good( except salary)
